Jan Evertzsen KARSEBOOM. Born About 1640 in Groll, Gelderland, Holland. Died Before 1682 in New Amsterdam, NY. He married Grietje JASPERS, 29 Nov 1664 in Dutch Reformed, New Amsterdam. Born About 1644 in Tiel, Gelderland, Holland. Grietje came on ship DE ARENT (The Eagle ) on March 15, 1663 with Captain Pieter Cornelisz Bes. She was listed as “Greitje Jaspers maiden from Teil” They had the following children:
